Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
Orders may be canceled by contacting us via phone, email or live chat before your order is shipped. A refund will be issued to the payment method used. After an order has been shipped, the sale is final and not returnable or exchangeable.
If your order arrived damaged, contact us right away. While it is unlikely, it is possible that a jar may leak or your package could get damaged during shipment. To expedite the replacement process, email photos of the damaged product(s) to email@example.com.
