Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
Orders may be canceled by contacting us via phone, email or live chat before your order is shipped. A refund will be issued to the payment method used.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for bath and body products because we cannot restock or resell these items for safety and hygiene reasons. Other non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery and refunded to the original method of payment or store credit, minus the cost of shipping. Returns can be sent to:

If your order arrived damaged, contact us right away. While it is unlikely, it is possible that a jar may leak or your package could get damaged during shipment. To expedite the replacement process, email photos of the damaged product(s) to email@example.com.
